All questions are welcome, contact us for each order, we will contact you personally by email with an estimate of the shipping date, and other shipping details. If you don't get an email from us, this means that we are most likely traveling on a photo shoot and have not yet seen your order.

  • Free shipping within the Continental United States. Your package will be insured and traceable.
  • Our three guarantees:
    1. 30 day 100% money back guarantee. As we recognize that you have not seen the print prior to purchase, we will refund you fully and without questions for any print returned in new condition within 30 days.
    2. Replacement guarantee: We ship hundreds of prints each year without problems. We will replace at no charge any print damaged in transit.
    3. Lifetime fade-free guarantee: Our museum-grade prints, using archival paper and inks, are expected to last at least a century. We will replace at no charge any prints displayed in normal conditions which have faded during the lifetime of the original owner.
  • Each print will be hand-signed by Jack Cunningham. This applies to Prints purchased on the web. The image will have a border around it (1/2 to 2 inch wide depending on print size) so that the print size will be slightly larger than the listed image size. By default, prints are captioned with location and year, and signed by hand in the border (we use an archival pen that doesn't fade or damage the print). You can matte the print with or without the inscriptions, since they are not in the image area. If you prefer, the print can be signed elsewhere or not at all. Personalized inscriptions are also possible.
  • Photographs 13x19 or larger are limited edition. For custom sizes, please contact us by e-mail.
  • Preparation time is between one and two weeks, except when I am away on a photo shoot, which may delay it a week. Faster express orders are possible.
  • Prints are on gloss paper. This offers the best reproduction. However, we can print on a range of materials such as canvas and semi gloss papers, and in a range of tones, such as Black and White or Sepia.
  • Prices are for the print only. Prices exclude framing, matting or mounting. In general we recommend that you choose the mat and frame in person at a local frame shop, since (a) individual preferences vary considerably (b) additional boxing and shipping costs can be high. However, if you prefer us to do the framing, we can do high-end work which is 100% guaranted. Please contact us by email for a quote.
  • 8.75% California sales tax will be added for CA residents.
Due to operating system and screen differences, there might be color and lightness variations between the image you saw on the web and the print.
